Privacy policy

This policy explains how Arham Online Quran Academy handles information submitted through the website inquiry forms.

Information collected

The inquiry form may collect a student or parent name, WhatsApp number, optional email address, country, student age, course interest, preferred teacher, preferred class time and any message you choose to send. Students may be children; a parent or legal guardian should complete and submit an inquiry on a child’s behalf.

Purpose and storage

We use inquiry information to respond to questions and contact families about trial classes and possible course arrangements. Inquiries are stored on the website hosting account in its protected application database so authorized administrators can respond. Email notifications may be sent to the academy’s configured mailbox. Hosting backups may retain a copy for the period covered by the host’s backup schedule.

Sharing

We do not sell inquiry information. The site uses hosting and email services selected by the academy. The website may connect to Google Fonts to load typography, alquran.cloud for Quran text, everyayah.com and cdn.islamic.network for Quran recitation audio, and WhatsApp when a visitor chooses a WhatsApp link. Those services receive information according to their own policies and the browser requests made when their features are used.

Access and deletion requests

To ask a question about an inquiry or request its deletion, email info@arhamonlinequranacademy.com and provide enough information for the academy to locate the record. A parent or guardian should make requests relating to a child’s information. We will review the request and remove the inquiry where it can be identified and where retention is not otherwise required.

Security and changes

Reasonable technical controls are used to restrict access to inquiry records, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This policy may be updated when site practices change; the current version will be posted on this page.
